About me
My Story
From hormonal imbalance to holistic health
My journey into health started with my own body. Growing up, I struggled with hormonal imbalances and IBS — and spent years searching for answers. What I found wasn't a quick fix, but a combination: food as medicine, movement as therapy, and the wisdom of both Eastern and Western approaches.
Education & background
I studied dietetics and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science. Since then, I've completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and built a career freelancing, creating content, and hosting events and retreats — in Sweden and as far as Bangkok.
Growing up, I lived in five countries and spent a total of five years in Asia, with Bangkok as my primary base. That experience shaped how I see health: as something fluid, cultural, and deeply personal.
What I believe
I never want health to feel forced or restrictive. It should be fun, inviting, and rooted in self-compassion. True beauty and wellbeing start from within — how we treat ourselves and what we put on our fork.
Today, I work with health promotion through collaborations, social media, recipe development, and talks for businesses. I love movement, community, and the little rituals that make everyday life feel good.
