About me

My Story

From hormonal imbalance to holistic health

My journey into health started with my own body. For years I struggled with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and a gut that never quite felt at ease. I tried the quick fixes, the strict diets, the “shoulds” — and ended up further from myself than ever.

What finally helped wasn't a single protocol. It was a slower, kinder approach: food as nourishment, movement as medicine, and the wisdom of both Eastern and Western traditions. That experience is the reason I do this work today — so others don't have to figure it out alone.

Education & background

I graduated as a registered dietitian in 2021 and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training shortly after. I've built my career freelancing between Sweden and Bangkok — coaching clients, developing recipes, and hosting events, workshops, and retreats.

Growing up, I lived in five countries and spent five years in Asia. That shaped how I see health: fluid, cultural, and deeply personal — never one-size-fits-all.

What I believe

Health should feel fun and inviting — never forced or restrictive. Self-compassion is the foundation; everything else is built on top of it.

Real beauty comes from within: how we nourish our bodies, how we move, how we speak to ourselves. That's the kind of wellbeing I want to share — practical, joyful, and rooted in everyday life.
